Third Party Examiner Recertification
THIRD PARTY EXAMINER RECERTIFICATION
Third Party Examiner certification is issued for a period of up to four (4) years. The Examiner should apply for recertification within 60-90 days of expiration.
THIRD PARTY EXAMINER RECERTIFICAITON REQUIREMENTS
- Completed Instructor/Examiner Recertification Application.
- Complete GAPS fingerprinting for a national and state criminal background check.
- Certified Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) from each state in which you were licensed in the past 5 years except Georgia.
- Initial and sign the DDS Third Party Tester and Examiner Agreement.
HOW TO APPLY
- Register for your criminal background check through the Georgia Applicant Processing System.
- Please submit your application packet by mail, along with fees and all supporting documents to the following:

APPLICATION PROCESS
Please complete the application packet in its entirety to enable us to complete the process in a timely manner. It is advisable when mailing to use certified or mailing that can be tracked. Our goal is to completely process your application within 30 business days. Once the application and supporting documentation are received, we will contact you within 7-10 business days.
