Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Program

The Regulatory Compliance CDL Division provides Regulatory and Support services while overseeing the Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Program.  This includes certification, auditing, and monitoring of the following:

• CDL Driver Training Rules
• CDL Driver License Rules
• CDL Training Schools
• CDL Instructors
• CDL Third-Party Testers
• CDL Third-Party Examiners
• CDL Military or Even Exchange Waivers
