1. When can I reinstate after a points suspension, (First)?
Points suspensions are eligible for reinstatement immediately upon your completion of an approved defensive driving course.

2. What are the requirements for reinstatement?
Submit a payment by mail or in person, select for details of Reinstatement Fees and Payment Options. Present a Certificate of Completion from a DDS approved Defensive Driving Course. Select for DDS Approved Schools.

3. If I can't reinstate my license for personal reasons, (finances, schedule, etc.), how long will my license be suspended?
Your license will be suspended indefinitely. However, you may apply for reinstatement any time during that period when you are able to complete the requirements.

4. Can I get a limited permit while suspended for too many points (first offense)?
