Online Services Verification

DDS requires some more verification before we can set up your Document.  Please log in to your DDS Online Services account to finish the setup.  If you do not have an Online Services account, you can create one.

Once you log in, follow these steps to complete verification: 

• Log in or create your Online Services account.
• Go to the Document section and click the Confirm link.
• Check the box and then click the Confirm button.
• After a few minutes, your device should notify you that your Document is ready for use.
