How to delete your Online Services account.

  1. Go to Online Services

    From the DDS Homepage (dds.georgia.gov) select the grey button labeled, "Online Services", to navigate to the "Online Services" page. 

  2. Login to Online Services

    Under Card Services select the "Create Account/Sign In" link to go to the "Login" page.

  3. Go to Manage My Profile

    Login to your account and select the "Manage My Profile" link in the top right section of your "Welcome". The "Manage My Profile" page displays.

  4. Check the Close Your Account Box

    Check the check box to close your account, then select the "Next" button. The second confirmation page displays.

  5. Check the Confirm Box

    Confirm again by checking the check box under “Are You Sure?”

  6. Finalize

    Select the "Close Account" link to finalize closing your Online Services Account.
